Cycle & Hormones

The menstrual cycle is a mirror of hormonal balance. When it changes significantly - heavy bleeding, an irregular pattern or stopping altogether - it matters that we look for the cause, rather than treat those changes as normal.

Cycle disorders (heavy bleeding, absent periods)

Periods that are excessively heavy, prolonged, irregular, or periods that are absent. In both cases there is a cause, and it can usually be treated. The first step is investigation - not tolerating the problem.

Polycystic ovaries

One of the most common hormonal disorders in women of reproductive age, with effects on both the cycle and fertility. Treatment is combined and personalised, depending on what concerns you most at this stage of your life.

Menopause

We treat the menopause as what it truly is: an entirely natural stage of life, not an illness. Your daily life does not have to be affected by these changes. Together we will assess your symptoms and choose the management that is right for your own case.
